Jasis Properties Ltd buys property for the company and sells that property when the time is right. Both steps are done in the company name. The address for letters is The Gate, Keppoch Street, Cardiff.

The pictures on this site show the sort of house we look at. They are not a board of other people’s homes, and nothing here is offered to let.

Putting a house on the books

We complete as the buyer

Price, checks, and completion sit with Jasis Properties Ltd. After that day the house is ours to hold.

Ordinary streets

A front door, a garage, a living room, a bedroom. Tell us if the roof is tired or the heating is new. We would rather know before a visit.

Sell

Taking a house off the books

When we sell, the seller is the same company that bought. We do not line up homes for other owners, and we do not keep a lettings list beside the sales.

A buyer gets the address, the rooms, and anything we already know about the building. See inside for the kind of rooms we mean.

      02On our booksAfter completion the house stays with us. We do not pass it on in the same week.

      03A later saleThe sale is prepared from Keppoch Street. The paperwork names Jasis Properties Ltd as the seller.
